Shane Delia shows us how to make M’hencha with Halva, White Chocolate & Almonds. Its name comes from the snake shape coiled shape. He mixes Vanilla Sugar, White Chocolate, Alkanater Halva, Ground Ginger & Flaked Almonds to make the yummy centre. He then adds Cortas Rose Water over and melted butter before wrapping it in pastry.
In short, Shane masters the middle eastern ingredients merging flavours in just a few ingredients. For some reason, I never thought of putting these middle eastern ingredients together. Yet alone making a unique middle eastern desserts that’s are so delicious and the family will love.
