Shane Delia shows us how to make Carob Glazed Carrots with Toasted Hazelnuts.He mixes peals the carrots, covers them in a sticky Salloum Carob Molasses, and then rolls them in a spicy nut mix of Hazelnuts, Sesame seeds, & Red Aleppo pepper. To server, he uses herbs and spices and drizzles Cortas Olive Oil and Alkanater Tahina.
In short, Shane masters the middle eastern ingredients merging flavours in just a few ingredients. For some reason, I never thought of putting these middle eastern ingredients together. Yet alone making a unique middle eastern dish that’s are so delicious and the family will love.
