Moghrabieh is the Lebanese equivalent of couscous and sometimes referred to a Pearl couscous due to its large pearl shaped appearance.

Moghrabieh is a traditional dish in Lebanon and can be made with both lamb shanks and chicken.  Nowadays Mougrabieh is being experimented with by many of the leading chefs and is found on the menus of the world’s top restaurant.
